    I have noticed more than once in the past few days that after sending an email from my Z10 that there is no "check mark" icon showing in the hub. The name of the email recipient is not indented at all, but rather flush with the left margin. Can anyone shed any light on this situation? I don't think the email is actually getting sent.

    It might be helpful to give some of the following information:

    * what OS version you are on?
    * what carrier you are on?
    * have you tried resetting the device or restarting the Hub (5-swipe gesture)?

    OS: 10.1.0.4181
    Model: STL 100-3

    I have tried resetting the hub, but nothing has changed. Still no icon (check mark, clock, bars, or othwrwise).

    Having the same issue since I loaded the MR. My work outlook on the BES does not show sent messages, but my personal Hotmail does. I have all the settings enabled to show sent messages. Most peculiar.

    For those posting the issue, have you confirmed the other party is receiving the email? Or tried emailing yourself to see what happens?

    Try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
    Hold down top button, for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, BB splashscreen again. I keep holding it down until I see the blue startup icon.

    After that reboot, any better luck?

    Hi Elite1. Emails are being recieved, and I can see them on my p.c. At work. The sent messages just don't show in the hub. Have tried the hard reset as you described with no improvement. Have tried Airplane mode on/off, reset HUb,and reconfigured settings. No luck I have talked to IT as it only affects my Outlook messages through the BES. They are stumped. Running no leaks, no sideloads. Only started after the MR. I am not hugely disturbed. It is a minor annoyance. Still love the Z.

    Set to single message currently. That might work. Thanks also to Elite1 for an elegant work around. ( facepalm). Should have thought of that. It takes a community to raise a BlackBerry.

    Ok, tried conversation mode. Only shows the original message if there is a reply. Good thought though. My Thanks for the suggestion. Bcc seems the best solution so far. I expect it will sort itself out down the road. It is a growing OS and like a child, there will be moments of joy and moments of setback.

    Double check that your settings weren't changed?

    In the BlackBerry Hub, tap Menu > The Settings icon Settings > Display and Actions.

    To stop showing sent messages, set the Show Sent Messages switch to Off.

    In my case, the problem resolved itself around 2 weeks ago. Showing all sent messages on both accounts. I am unable to supply a cause or a solution. Sorry.

    Hi I have double checked all setting to show sent mail but still the same, I send the mail get the transmit icon then the tick and then it vanishes.
