    New to blackberry after ditching the annoying ios so please any help will be awesome.
    Got my z10 all set up, then downloaded BlackBerry link for mac to transfer files from iTunes. I then proceeded with a backup, all this went well, files transferred, backed up and update complete. All good.
    The problem occurred when removing the device from my mac there was no way to eject the z10 safely, so I just removed it from the usb port. Now BlackBerry link is showing that the z10 has never been backed up???.
    Please any help would be great or am I just being stupid and missing the right way to eject my z10.
