My z10 won't give me notifications when I get a new voicemail. I do not get the voicemail icon on any screens and I do not get a message in my blackberry hub. I went into my voicemail settings and changed the notifications options from on to off and then from off to on and neither way seemed to make a difference. My carrier is verizon. Anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this? I tried searching for the forums but only came up with threads about people not being able to get rid of their voicemail icon.

Have you tried resetting the phone?

Several times, including leaving the battery out overnight just to see if that would do anything.

I know this may sound stupid, but have you called your cell phone, did it ring, did it go to voice mail? Use a different phone of course. Verizon had me do this and they reset my voice mail too.

Same problem on my Q10, along with Visual Voicemail not working at all. I spent 2 hours on the phone with ATT this morning. I went from customer support to tech support to "ATT Blackberry Tech Specialist." Nothing he tried worked. ATT suggested that this may be a software issue that may resolve itself through one of the regular RIM software updates.

One new good feature with ATT support is that they are now scheduled to call me back next Saturday to try again on the issues involving Visual Voicemail and all voicemail notifications.
