Help! I've lost the name & photo when receiving a call, only the person's number is displayed..... Hugely frustrating.
Not sure if it coincided with a BeBuzz crash on Sunday, but any advice gratefully received!

Take a look in your Contacts, you might have multiple versions of same person, some that don't have a pic (like Skype maybe). Then link them together. It could be the call display has picked the entry that doesn't have the pic. Once the multiples are linked, you should see all the details on the call display.

Have rechecked the contacts as suggested, and no, that's not it!
Any other suggestions??

Have you tried uninstalling BeBuzz? Rule out coincidence.

Yes! Just uninstalled BeBuzz, switched phone off. Problem still not resolved :-( ...

How are your phone numbers entered? Hyphens, parens, other characters that might affect recognizing an incoming call?

+44 for a mobile, national dialling code with number for a landline.
It was working normally until last Sunday, I have had Z10 for a year now...

Have you tried a restart

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Had same problem, in my case all contacts were gone. I'm keeping contacts on gmail so I just re-synced them. But that doesn't solve your problem.

Feel slightly reassured it's not just me...
But not on Gmail, have restarted and hasn't worked....so damn annoying!

I have this issue on occasion too. I don't have duplicate contacts or anything... also very few apps that have permissions on my phone. My contacts numbers are just numeric with spaces instead of dashes, and I always correct and add them this way... not sure why exactly, but I prefer this.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if it is just an issue when using WiFi Calling or if it is also there when on cellular, but it has only happened a few times and I don't get many calls, so I haven't been motivated enough to dig deeper.

FYI, I switched to AT&T (for wider coverage area) and don't seem to have this issue anymore.

Still have this issue, but when on holiday in France earlier this year, my calls reverted back to showing name & if I had a photo attached to caller, that also showed
Upon return to the UK, my phone just shows the number.....why??
