I just downloaded Blackberry 10.2.19 on my Z10. For some reason I cant see a music, video, or picture file. I downloaded all of the songs from my laptop but I still dont see an actual music file. Please help. Thanks!

Have you checked to see if they're still indexing? If you have a lot of files indexing them could take a bit.

The version number you posted is NOT complete. There was a Developer Version which did not contain all of the appropriate apps.

How did you upgrade the OS? OTA (from carrier) or using some other method?

But if you are missing Search and also the Music app, something is not right with your OS.

It certainly sounds like 10.2.2.1927 was installed.

My full OS version is 10.2.1.1927 it is for STL100-3. And I downloaded the OS from the OS Autoloader on the Blackberry Developer page.

That's your problem, then. The developer version is not meant for day to day use and is missing some features. That's specifically noted on the download page.
