Not all phone have crappy headphones. The iPhone 5 has excellent buds, some of the best I have used considering their cost.

I think he meant the blackberry Z10 which are indeed awful

Don't bother with the headphones they're a cheap pair. You can have my white ones if they're that important. I just use a better pair of earbuds.

Most people have a favorite set of earbuds and never used those included with their new BlackBerry smartphones. With Bluetooth so ubiquitous the old-style tethered earbuds feel like wearing a noose.

Is this your first smartphone? If not, why not use the pair of headphones you had before? I don't use the one that came with my Telus Z10 but the pair I bought a way back.

I hate that they didn't include the leather holster, but I guess that's cuz of the price... anyway T-Mobile is giving the Z10 the cheapest of all 3 carriers
