Can't seem to find an app that pushes breaking news alerts. I know there are lots of services that email out alerts, but I get LOTS of email and they get lost.
Anyone know of any?

Just a suggestion, but would an rss feeder help in the mean time until a more knowledgeable person on the subject can pop by to advise?
Looks like the NY Times app update finally has breaking news pushed to the hub.
