    I recently bought a Z10 over the weekend and I noticed the emails from my Yahoo and my Gmail account are showing up to 20 or more minutes later on my z10 than on my PlayBook. When I had my 9810 the emails were almost instant and my PlayBook would have a 5 minute lag at most. I was wondering if there was anything I was doing wrong, If u have any tips for me let me know cause I would hate to return my new phone. Unfortunately I can't afford to have unreliable email delivery.

    I've had mine for 2 weeks and it started with the delayed email also over the weekend but mine was more like hours delay.

    @ nissantech yea I'm getting that long delay as well. I'm relying on my PB right now for email (which makes no sense to me). Did the wait time improve for u at all???

    Do you guys have "push" enabled in settings? Go to your email account and choose "edit" to check.

    Forward them to a outlook account, then you will have mail instantly

    I have a quad core 3.5 Ghz CPU on my desktop, super fast processor and receive my email with a dual core 1.5 Ghz 2 gigs Ran faster.

    Go to settings--> accounts--> [email protected]
    It should be at the bottom of the settings.

    Can be your email account that causes the problem. gmail is instant for me but my yahoo accounts take 10 - 15 minutes, sometimes longer to receive email.

    Yahoo isn't push on bb10, it will only come in as often as you set it to sync. Gmail is push but I've seen in the forums (and it happens to me) if your on wifi, sometimes the router messes it up and it takes longer. Windows is active sync so it's instant push.

    Gmail is near instant. My Yahoo account is unbearably slow. Check your sync interval settings. And enjoy your Z10!
