Need your help...Finally, just bought the Z10 here in Hong Kong. Love the functionality (can't wait for it to hit Playbook); anyway I can only access my emails when I am connected to internet and cannot get my emails through my 3G provider.

The network provider did exchange my previous Blackberry sim card for a smaller one to fit the Z10; but I am scratching my head. I can make and receive calls though...Any ideas out there on how?

Check your email settings given by your network provider. What is your Z10 OS version? I am in Singapore and did a software update yesterday and it has affected my outgoing emails. Spoke to a customer service rep and was told that the software update has a bug (which has already been reported by other members on CB) that is affecting emails on cellular network and not WIFI. Need to wait for another software patch. Hope it comes soon.

Where in HK did you buy the Z10 from? I've tried finding it and can't find anywhere which sells it with warranty? Please let me know!
