    Mines the same. Doesn't have an "advanced settings" option.

    you need to change the sync timeframe during set up of your email

    IMAP can be up to 90days
    Active sync can be forever

    I'm sorry but this does NOT apply to Gmail. The max retrieval days is still 90. Smh.

    As sad as this sounds, the forever sync option doesn't apply to the following emails:

    * Yahoo!
    * Gmail
    * Aim

    It only applies to Hotmail which is pretty sad to be honest.

    My 90 day email reverts to a rolling 30 days after rebooting. Does anyone else have this problem?

    For ActiveSync accounts, you can go to the advanced screen to change the Sync Time frame even after the account has been set up. For IMAP accounts, you cannot change the Sync Time frame once the account has been set up.

    Scared to ask but does update stop the nasty way my phone deletes saved mail (3 accounts) when I delete previously read? Don't get this flaw. Saved used to mean saved. Now I have to watch as I delete to be sure a prior saved mail isn't included. Anyone with same issue/know if update fixes?

    The way email works on the Blackberry 10 products is "by design" according to Blackberry....
    A reluctant iPhone 4s user who would STILL be a Blackberry user had RIM not messed it's own bed by putting a "Fisher Price Camera" in it's "flagship" Blackberry Bold 9930.

    The Forever Option for IMAP and POP Accounts is still scheduled for the 10.1.x.xx Summer Update.

    Thorsten Heins said it a few times, that they will bring these with an Update late Summer. *fingerscrossed*

    Till then it's only 90 Days max.

    I am able to select forever for Outlook.com and some gmail ids which have been maintained by my organisation. Other gmail ids are providing sync for 90 days.
