    You have to check for updates manually. Go to My World, press the 3 dots and select 'Check For Updates '

    Go into your My World>My Apps and Games>....scroll down to the CB10 app......open it, you should see upgrade as an option.

    Got it! The trick worked for me was searching CB10 in BlackBerry World and open it from there, instead of checking updates in my world.
