I'm just a very proud new blackberry user... the only thing which disappointed me is that the battery life on my awesome z10 ... I'm running this
    Software release 10.2.1.2156
    OS version 10.2.1.2228

I heard that 10.3 has a very good battery life but I don't know how to install it.....
Could anyone please please help me here....
P.S: all the settings are on minimal level....
Location off. Bluetooth off. Display zero brightness. Two emails with manual update.

    Thanks

    Get 10.2.1.3175, it's definitely better.

Search the forums for the autoloader. Instructions will be in the thread. Pretty easy. Need a PC to do the work.

10.3 isn't official yet so you're bound to run into other problems.

Sachesi can be a big help to you but you will have to be patient.
    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=920390

Make sure you have fully backed up your phone using BlackBerry Link before starting.

    Get Sachesi 1.2.1.

After installing Sachesi find the appropriate files for your model on the chart.

    Plug that into Sachesi.

Put your phone into development mode and connect via USB.

    Load update.

Please take the time to search and read the threads on Sachesi. It may seem daunting but it is absolutely doable.

Thanks for the advice... I have too Cuz it's really risky for me as my first time ...

One last Question please, is it Sachesi or the Autoloader?? Which one I can load 10.3 to my z10????

It will be an auto-loader for 10.3 as it has not been officially released by BlackBerry to any carriers. That is why I suggest getting the newest released version of 10.2 via Sachesi right now. 10.3 has bugs.
