    Using a Rogers z10 with official 10.2.1 os. When I try to use Neutron with Bluetooth it locks up or closes. Native music player works fine with Bluetooth. Neutron works fine without Bluetooth enabled. Using a Headrush 7008331 speaker. It was working fine prior to the update. Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions or solutions?

    The OS update has some bugs with Voice Control and Bluetooth Audio. We are told that BB is working on a fix.

    I had sent a message to the developer who told me he was aware of the issue (though not yet the cause) and was working to figure it out. It's been know since the os leaked but I don't think he wanted to deal with it unless/until .1925 dropped

    Thanks for the update. I appreciate it. Neutron has been excellent with updating the App, so I expect they will work on a solution. Failing that maybe BlackBerry will toss out an MR shortly. Til then I will use a cable to connect.

    Audio over the whole OS (on 10.2.1) has decreased such an amount that I've been able to actually hear it. I hope they fix this too.

    Yes, security wipe made no difference. Good suggestion though, thanks. Looks like an os/app issue.
