OMG!!! You can side load. And where has everyone been? Netflix announced HTML 5 support is coming so I'm sure there will be access eventually.

for a lot of blackberry users like myself and OP, its no big deal, but I still want to see it in blackberry world simply because it draws attention. its just all the extra app support that help grow the blackberry community.

I have to wonder though how the CEO of a company whose app is apparently a factor in the success of BB10 has never even tried a BB10 device!

Someone high up in BlackBerry should have paid a visit to many of these companies and they should have personally handed them a BlackBerry 10 device. The fact this hasn't happened makes me question BBs motivation to be a key player in the mobile market.

Funny so many have a crystal ball... knowing who BB has and has not seen in the app development.... I personally have no use for Netflix... but unfortunately it is the perception of the platform that will determine its fate.... without apps like Netflix Instagram et al being officially available.. the perception for BB is that is not an adequate platform... it is the big picture many of us miss....

I've been watching Netflix every weekend on my Z10 for 2 months now... in Canada on Telus and it works great. There wouldn't be a benefit of a native app anyhow, it's not like it would be integrated into the hub like whatsapp

Smoother browsing and access to updates are two reasons........that said, I really don't mind the side-loaded version at all since I'm not really a daily user.
