I can't fathom why there is not an editor recommended alarm app that can accomplish these basic functions.

I need multiple alarms. They should be capable of being labeled and they should be repeatable, for regular appointments etc.

I don't mind paying a higher price if a highly capable app. is available.

Until then you can use the calendar to setup multiple alarms and label them.

Or sideload 10.2 if you're confident enough.
