    The code will not work. I think its due to the ALT at the top right. How do I get rid of it? Help!

    Which OS? And I assume you mean the phone unlock -- the one that gives you 10 tries?? Or, something else?

    Yes and im on 7/10 tries. Im on the latest update and using simple password.

    I just watched the video by Kevin that shows him entering an 8 digit code to unlock the Z. Telus just gave me a 16 digit code. What the hell? And they said I have to first insert a non telus sim card. Hah lord help me

    Mines unlocked also. I'm curious. What was this alt key u mentioned. I didn't see it in my Z.

    When using simple password, it comes up in the top right corner. I guess its a throwback to the keyboard phones when you have to press ALT to type a number.

    It sounds like you may be speaking of a different type of unlock, are you trying to do a carrier unlock?
