i saw an update link on my z10 and did the over the air os update now its done loading the phone has booted up to 100 % and is stuck there , im confused what should i do ??????

Try restarting your device by holding down your power button. When it starts to count down, press restart. See if that works. By the way, with QNX you do not need to do a battery pull.

As well, do you know what your battery level is? Try plugging your device into a wall socket while you restart and see if that helps.

i already did that it just keeps going back to the loading screen n loads to 100 % n stays there , im trying to wait to see if it will eventually come up , is there anything else i could try?

Hold the top power button down untill the red light flashes and you see the blue boot screen. Sometimes it does take a while to reboot after major update or OS install.

When I did a leak once, it took 10 minutes to move from the 100%. How long did you wait?

After an update it takes forever to load to the home screen. You very well may have bricked it by rebooting due to lack of patience. Leave it alone and plugged in for a half hour and if it's still stuck maybe look up how to fix a bricked Z.

Pull the battery, count to 30 and insert the battery. I had to do this once after a software update but I cannot remember if it was an OS or app update that locked up my Z10.

Both of these are sound advice, obviously battery pull before reloading OS.
