Almost every time I accidentally bump my phone (sometimes not hard at all), it immediately reboots including when dropped into a soft surface, like a sofa. Any solutions?

Never had this with the z10, but had it be a loose battery cover on an older BlackBerry. Try a little slip of paper or cardboard under the battery door. Might just hold the battery in place a little firmer.

Sounds like a battery issue to me. Pull the battery and place it on a table. Rotate it with a little force, observe whether it rotates like a fan or not. If yes, you need to replace battery.

Or maybe the pins on your phone that touch the battery contacts got bent or damaged somehow and the battery now has more space to wiggle around. If that's the case, I'd put the paper not between the battery and the door, but on the opposite side than the +- contacts if you know what I mean. Just an idea, hope it helps
