my z10 won't open since yasterday i updated to the new software and it didn't open till now it starts to slow down from 80% and it won't load up past 99% i left it for 5 hours hoping that will open but it didn't it kept stuck on 99% please help me

updated to the MR? try a hard reset, hold both volume keys till the phone reboots.

it didn't work :S i tried to pull the battery out and put it back in and now the red light keeps flashing and it won't turn on

Wrong thing to do. Try a re-load from Link. If that doesn't work download an autoloader and re-install the OS that way.

Never pull battery's when trying to load the os or anything else it messes things up bigtime.
