    Hey guys,

    Since two days o have problems charging my z10. Normally the screen lights up when plugging in, but it didn't so I discovered it doesn't charge anymore, properly. I massaged the cable a bit. After that it did charge. Now when plugging in in charges sometimes. But no the battery symbol is kind of red, as it wants to say "I won't charge anymore". Also my PC has trouble holding connection or have a connection at all. Could that be the USB cable or is it the phone?

    Try a new usb cord or buy a new charger.

    According to the help and that icon it says the battery may need replaced. Search your help on the phone.

    The micro usb connection on the phone itself may be damaged and have intermittent connection.
    Also, are you using the BlackBerry charger.
    Try a friends charger.
    If the connection is damaged, it could also explain the PC problem

    Try to empty the power of battery and do charging on device !Loan the charger( Samsung or BlackBerry equivalent spec ) and USB cable from friends. Device connect via USB cable to PC and check whether is charging. Good luck
