[CrackBerry Question]

I upgraded my z10 to new 10.3.2.440 os, then my phone became "emergency calls only" for all working sim cards. I tried to downgrade os to 10.2, autoloader runs 2 second and then the phone restart with nothing changed. I tried also autoloader 10.3.1 with success, so now I don't understand why autoloader 10.2 did not work. Is 10.3 os refuse to be downgraded to 10.2? Please help, thanks.

You can't downgrade below 10.3.2.

Find an autoloader for the latest 10.3.2 (10.3.2.2204) and load that. See if it works.

Sounds like a mis matched radio. What radio does your about/os show?

Now I can see my phone os version is 10.3.2.2204, and radio version is 10.3.2.2205.
I've tried also security wipe, pull battry and sim, but nothing worked. Someone has a idea to get my phone call work again? Thank you.

That OS and radio sound fine. Who is your carrier? If your phone is unlocked, have you tried a SIM from a different carrier?

Also, have you checked to be sure you have the correct APN?

My z10 is unlocked, and my carrier is speakout prepaid. I checked APN, it's "itemobile.apn".
Parental control is off. I've tried different carrier sim card, it didn't work. That get me crazy, I start to think get a new phone.
