    I bought a white BlackBerry z10. when I tried to open my camera it did not open.. they gave me a new white BlackBerry z10 I checked the camera it was good I took it home..but after reaching home I found the speakers where not working..i took it again to the showroom...they asked me to take it to the service center...service centre said BlackBerry showroom to replace me with a new one...so I got my new BlackBerry z10 good but my charger wasn't good so changed my charger as I have one year warranty...i pray to God no more problems to my BlackBerry z10..i just love it...never I go away from BlackBerry

    Wow bad luck man , I have never had those problems with BB but other phones I have had it happen.

    this was my first bad experience with BlackBerry smartphone previously I never had issues with BlackBerry smartphone but I had with HTC n Samsung

    Sounds like extremely bad luck. It's a good thing for BlackBerry that you're loyal and patient.
