    My z10 started getting hot then it turned off and won't turn bacck on. I put it on the charger and nothing happens it doesn't come on. I hold the power button and after about 5 seconds it the red power button flashes and nothing happens. The screen still black i took the battery out put it back in and still nothing.!!!!i put it up to the computer and it doesn't even recognize it. Help!

    Was the unit dropped or exposed to moisture? If so it might need to be repaired, if not then it might be time for a warranty claim. Have you tried other USB ports on your computer? Don't give up after just trying 1, also try another USB cord if you have one. Are you familiar with flashing your OS with an autoloader?
