Hello All,

asking for your help.
My brothers Z10 is stuck at installing the new software showing 98 %.
It's been like this for over 24 hours. I already tried batterypull and leaving it off for an hour, before updating again.
I also tried updating using the internet explorer update method, but no luck.
Would a complete wipe help with this specific issue ?

Had same issue using Saschei to install the Rogers release as did not want to wake til 2016 for AT&T the following solved it

Unencrypted the phone.
Turned off the phone password

Installed perfectly.

Just noticed that it is a known issue in blackberry knowledge base waiting for a solution.

hello,

no unfortunately not.
I guess just staying on 10.2.. for now is the only thing to do. And waiting for Blackberry knowledge base to come up wit a proper solution.

same goes to me. i'm stuck at 52% then turn to 40%. Then again to 50 to 53%. it takes more than 24hours.
i'm left the phone. pull out the battery and fix back. Start to install back 10.3. still nowhere.
