    Im on the 10.2.1.2102 bb z10 stl-100, today i was whatsapping with a friend and my battery is full almost 80%, then when i was replying to someone my z10 turned off, without pressing and key, then i turned it on and it was fine, what was that issue?

    Did it power down completely or did the screen just go blank. I've had that happen to me a few times while chatting on whatsapp.

    Maybe a loose battery, make sure it's snug or else it might randomly disconnect. I had that problem in the winter when it was cold and my battery shrunk.

    As said before that could be a loose battery. Wedging a piece of paper could help to close the gap and ensure the contacts are together.

    My battery connector is as new nothing, wrong with it, i think its from whatsapp
