Ok, so I'm new here and I have tried searching but can't seem to find the answers I need to thought i would start a new thread.

I know that re-booting is a bit of an issue for BB10 owners and I have been affected by them myself. Basically when my z10 re boots it unlinks all of the contacts that are linked in my address book, ie names, email, addresses, home & work numbers etc. All become un-linked after a reboot and become separate entries in the contacts book (which is very frustrating when it comes to having to re-link every single one of my contacts).

My z10 is currently running software 10.1.0.273 on o2-UK network and I have seen on here that newer OS versions seem to fix this rebooting problem. Does anyone know the latest official software version that should have been pushed out to networks for testing? As currently BlackBerry are blaming o2 for the issue and o2 are blaming BlackBerry!

I is very difficult to tell whether a specifik OS version (inkl. radio version) will work on a specifik network, but in general most people seems very happy with the 10.1.0.4xxx builds.

I would not hesitate to upgrade to the latest and test it out - you can alway install the older version again if needed.

IMHO i just backup pictures/videos and wipe the phone (happens automatically when you do the upgrade) and then setup/install everything again.
You will loose all settings, but it takes minutes to configure email/FB/Twitter etc. again. If you need to keep etc. app. data (e.g. which level you have reeched in a game, you must perform backup/restore).

Backup/restore takes "forever".

I'm on the latest release Z10STL100-2/10.1.0.4633 and I still.have this issue. It's so annoying. Hopefully the 10.2 os will fix this

Ok, the latest release for O2 is at the bottom of my post. As far as I can tell, the improvement over. 4633 is that now in the network page we get the option to select 4G. Please let me know if you find anything else.
