Hi there guyz,

i have a problem with my bb z10 it is not turning on the bb protect actually i have purchase a new z30 and i handed over to my z10 to my little brother after wipe out device. The z10 was associated with the same Email ID which i have put in z30. The problem is now that the z10 is not turning on the protect feature with my brother email ID after some times i realize that the i have to remove the device from my BB protect account so i have remove the device from my account but still it is not turning on. Any help or suggestion please ?

Have you done a full reset on the Z10? If you log in to your BlackBerry Protect account via will probably still see it under your Z30 ( click on Z30, should see a drop down to Z10).

See if you can erase it by using the Protect menu.

After complete wipe out i have handed over to him and yes i have remove the device the from my account too it is no more showing in it. only my z30 is associated now. i have a feeling that if i can remove the account from z10 and by readd will be solved this problem but how can i remove the account from z10 ?

Go for Settings, scroll down, BlackBerry Protect.

As i mentioned i have wipe out the whole device so what is the point left ? the phone start after wipe ask provide the email to protect the phone since then it is associated with my brother email ID. One thing i like to share it is turning ON after verifying the ID but when i exit from settings and checked again,The whizzle go off again aka OFF i again turn it on the same practice verifying ID on exit the menu and recheck it off: aahh
