    Whenever I connect my Z10 to any laptop; it shows "Setup hasn't been completed for the connected BlackBerry device. Disconnect your device and finish setting it up (or complete the setup) , then reconnect it to your computer" What do I do PLEASE????

    Did you complete the "setup" bits? if so, then try a battery pull.......

    I got the same message before. What I did was to complete the setup process after a new OS install. Then Link happily connected my phone.

    I had that recently on my Z30. I just kept rebooting the phone. And opened and closed BB Link a few times. Eventually it came back.
