Hello,
My Z10 on Verizon, is no longer receiving my Hotmail emails all of a sudden. How can I fix?

Note: I have not changed anything to cause this issue. I am still on 10.2 OS.

restart your phone.
that failing, remove the account and readd.
that failing, try another email service for testing purposes. gmail, yahoo whatever floats your boat.
that failing, call your carrier to see if any issues with Hotmail.
