    They can go at any second. Had one Z10 that had a motherboard crap out and that was it. Have had 4 screens between my brother and I on the Z30 go out spontaneously. At least the info can be gotten back if it's just the screen.

    I loved backing up my BB7.1 device. I did it once a week. But ever since BB10 I just gave up backing anything up. The contacts app is always a disaster. If things go to hell I just spend a week customizing the phone all over again.

    BlackBerry never got BB10 to the maturity and reliability and customization of 7.1. They should have recreated a starting point that included everything 7.1 and then improved from there instead of starting over. About the only thing they kept BlackBerry was the blinking light.
