Hi everyone, like a week ago my BB Z10 stop working, I extract the battery and replace it but the boot doesn't finish and stops at 99%, and keep it until the battery dies (like 10 hours). The same thing everytime I charge it. I tryed everything on the Internet, but when I connect to my PC via USB it only shows on like 1 second (and Blackberry Link doesnt recognize it) and disconnect again and start booting. �Anyone knows a solution? Thanks to everyone and I hope that I was clear, I'm from Argentina so English it's my second language

Remove battery and put the charger in phone for about 1 hour. It might work. Give a try.

Remove the battery and connect to BBLink using a usb cord. Choose the option to reload the OS.

Thanks but nope, still stop booting at 99% :/

The connection with the PC lasts 1 second and it disconnect... the BBLink doesn't recognize the Z10 :/

Just put it in the charge and look if the red light is on if yes wait til boot up dont miss to desactivat temporaly the wifi it work for me cause i thing it' a battery issue.
