    As you can see attached photo it shows always "blackberry" opening screen. I wait for hours and hours but there is no progress.
    I removed battery, sim card, plugged to charge etc but there is nothing

    What is the problem, what can I do ?
    And the worst thing I don't have backup.
    If I send to service I know that whole informations clear away.

    Please help me. Any way ?

    Jz reboot it....i reboot 7 times after update to os10.2

    use the vol button +/- hold until your device off

    He did a battery pull, but that didn't help either.

    OP, does BB Link recognize your phone when you connect it to your computer?

    More than likely, your DATA and settings will be gone - sorry about that. As suggested, try reloading the OS. Turn off phone if possible. Open the BB Link software and plug the phone into the usb. You should get an option or find an option to reload the OS. Good luck
