    yesterday i updated myblackberry z10 (stl100-1) via OTA to 10.3.1.2243
    when it finish i was test with BBVE.
    My z10 all sensor was die-img_20150405_082956.png
    It isn't working.but then i downgrade to 10.2.1 it work normally.

    why it didn't work on 10.3.1.2243?

    My z10 all sensor was die-img_20150404_172958.png

    Got the same problem, but downgrade didnt work either. CHecked for files, in ghost commander didnt see any sensor files. Shouldn't there be a map \dev\sensor\ , my phone clearly doesn't have one.

    I've got a stl100-2. Which 10.2.1 version did work for you? i've tried Autoloader.Z10STL100-2_3_4.SW10.2.1.2941.OS3175.Radio3140. this didnt help.

    Maybe change to passport is for the better...

    10.2.1.1927 is work for all my sensor
    10.3.0.700 is work for light sensor proximity sensor and accelerometer for me.

    10.2.1.1927 for full sensor or 10.3.0.700 for light sensor proximity sensor and accelerometer
