    Hee hee, that's a new one.


    Right I would suggest first would just be restart the device. Hold down the top lock button. It's not a common problem at all so that's all I've got for you so far.

    I shouldn't be doubting you either but are you pressing the right icon? Secondly, you can avoid the whole problem with the hub gesture instead of using the icons.
