    Recently my phone has shown "turning device off" even though my battery isn't super low. It just shut off and when I plugged it in and turned it back on, my battery life is at 25%. Is there any reason for this? Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

    Just google this forum. There are a lot of topics how to fix it. Or instal 10.2.2 version, which fixed this issue
