    Ever since my updated my z10 to 10.3.1, I noticed that my phone just shuts down or restarts for no particular reason. Is it because of the update or the battery?

    I too faced the same problem after update. When phone shutdown remove the battery and charge ur z10 without battery for 10 min the insert the battery and then charge ur z10. Then it works well
