I see constant alerts that my time zone has changed. Once or twice I caught the phone rebooting and am wondering if the alerts are a sign of a larger issue...something causing the z10 to reboot on its own.

I only purchased this in March from Koodo (here in Canada). Should I send it back?

The rebooting issue is a common one with the earlier BB10 OS. The leaked OS 10.1.0.1627 has been reported to have solved the rebooting issues. But if you are going to install it just remember it hasn't been released by any of the carriers thus is unsupported by them. You would also need to make sure you back up you phone before loading it.
