    Plugged my z10 into my mac to transfer pictures activated bb link asked for password typed my password in no luck .......like i only unlock my phone 20 times a day ?

    wow spechless rite now the dreded wipe icon

    It happens after 10 tries.
    Make sure you click the little "eye" looking icon at the end of the box where you put in your password. Must have been an error when you put it in and couldn't duplicate it.

    Ive done it too. Sux. Sorry about that turn of events.

    My password wasn't accepted the other night, got to 2 attempts left and took out my sim and SD just in case. Then I realised I not only had data turned off, but I wasn't connected to wifi either. Slipped the wifi on and the password went in Ok

    If I get up to 3 or 4 attempts, I go and reset my password, have done it a few times since getting the Z.
