With 10.2.0.1047 I noticed that my number is displayed whenever I make a call. How can I Remove this? It's irritating seeing my number that I've had for over 7 years on my screen. And it annoys even more because it blocks the top half of my contacts picture when I call

Idk about you but I dial and then put the phone to my ear to have a conversation. The fact my phone number shows up would hardly be any means to bother me. When the phones at my ear I can't see it anyways.

Cool story bro. I do multiple things while calling so 90% of the time I'm on speakerphone. So I see my number more than usual. And FYI the ability to have your number displayed was an option in the past so why was it removed? I don't see any point in having my number displayed as my number has been the same for over 6 years

I know it's small and it really doesn't bother me but there should be an option to disable. If I let a stranger use my phone to call someone I don't need them seeing what my number is

Thats is not what you guys think..
The way that works is, you show up as "Private Number" or "Unknown Number", whatever on the other end.

That is, if your carrier and current plan supports it.

If not, then they either charge you, or the call won't connect.

Ah that's true I just turned it off and tired it and it's still there, my bad lol.. still doesn't bother me though
