Has anybody tried connecting to their Z10 (or Q10) with a Parrot CK3100 (car kit)?

Or any of the later Parrot kits?

I'm waiting to get a Q10, and need a compatible car kit - currently have a Parrot CK3100 (s/w version 5.0 C) - I'll consider upgrading to a later Parrot car kit if I have to

Alex, I have a ck3001 evolution I think and after many problems with connection to this with my z10 I got the 10.1 update and since then has worked perfectly. Q10 comes with the 10.1 installed so I hope you should have no issues.

Have just spoken to Carl at Parrot UK support department (very helpful - thanks Carl!)

Both the Z10 and Q10 are still undergoing testing, and this could takes months to complete

He pointed out, that the CK3000 Evolution has only just been signed off by Parrot as Z10 compatible (in the last couple of days) - and that they haven't yet got round to completing the testing of the Z10 against their other Parrot car kits (and software versions, etc, etc)

Their Q10 testing, is only in it's earliest stages, and hasn't yet started the main testing process

We'll just have to wait and see

Hello, i have the same issue with many previous OS, the solution that i have found is to reduce the "delay to connect" in the bluetooth config page.

I just updated to 10.1.0.2354 and my Parrot CK3000 with 5.20c firmware now works perfectly Maybe BlackBerry fixed a bug in their bluetooth stack, or became more tolerant of kits that are not themselves 4.0 compatible? Whatever, all working fine now!
