Well, my second replacement is sitting in its box. On Weds evening my z10 bricked. No idea why. Vol up/down got the Blue logo but after 3 hours to moving up to 98 percent, it stalled there for the next two hours. I rebooted again - same stall. I powered off (maybe) and pulled the battery. No change. Tried reloading the OS using Link, 4 times - failure. Tried using the Internet Explorer method - 5 times - not! Tried new Link, tried Sachesi, tried the Leak autoloader. Over and over. At 17 hours, I called carrier and they offered a replacement. Due to snow/ice back there, it was delayed. Tried Link again. Nope. Tried the Loader again - YUP. Hour 18 and it was running again.

So, that replacement which came a day late is still sitting in the box as I decide if my restored z10 is stable. Seems so. And to start again with another unit is not that tempting.

Mine has been hassle free from the get go back just after the zed10 came out. Well except for my 1 year old getting hold of it and holding it under the water dispenser on the fridge...

No issues here. Rock solid since I bought it in February this year. Use it daily, been around the world with it also!! Several times. Keeps me moving! Have my Z plugged into hotel TV via HDMI in my hotel in Germany as I write this and work on presentation for tomorrow. Which I will also present on my Z10!!

Only had mine for about a month but no issues whatsoever. In fact, the only times I have actually booted it were when I installed the 10.2 and 10.2.1 leaks. This thing is a very fine piece of engineering indeed!

I've had no issues at all. Works like a dream. I'm in it all the time. Sorry to hear some others have had issues. And I am sure many folks are being completely frank about their devices. But honestly, I suspend belief on some of the threads and experiences. It's the Internet and lots of people aren't fully honest. Lots of agendas out there. Mischief, immaturity, need for attention, commercial sabotage and misdirection and who knows what other malicious motivations. Unfortunately it's to be expected from Internet forums.

Had since launch in the UK in February, and no issues or problems with hardware. So far so good. I will get a little anniversary cake for its first birthday in February. : )

Still with my original from first day of Canadian release on Feb 5th. Device has gone through the ringer with me... ghost armor screen protector and the transform case....that is all..

Spent 4 days in a bag of rice because it fell into the river Avon while on vacation but other than that never had any issues other than glitches with leaked OS software...

No problems for me since March with my white Z10 stl-100-3 from Telus. I've had numerous leaks on it, including the current 10.2.1.1055. I've used my PlayBook charger since day one.

No issues, quite happy with my Z10. I'm quite tempted by the Z30. If I wasn't locked into a three year deal I would definitely be getting a Z30. I'm having a hard time convincing my wife that I "need" a Z30.

I am on my second Z10 because my loud speakers just stopped working one day. I had that one for 7 months. Got my replacement two days ago and all seems good for now.

Mine is the original bought from T-Mobile as one of the first that they had. I have dropped this poor thing many times, installed leaks, side loaded apps and it has been rock solid. I did order a Q10 but going to keep my Z10 still. Love it.
