    I just found out that I have deleted the default browser on my Z10 by mistake! How can i restore the browser?

    How did you manage to do that? When I long press my browser icon on the Q10 I don't even get an option to delete the browser icon.

    I'm sure there's an easier way like sideloading a file or something, but I don't know where to find the appropriate one, but I would just backup your device and reload the original software -- then restore all your personal info after...hopefully that works

    Tour 9630 > Bold 9650 > Q10 > Classic or Passport???

    Not possible. Browser is a protected system app.

    If you long press on the browser icon, a delete symbol will show at the top of the icon. The browser icon is o longer on my phone though when I checked device monitor under app manager in settings, I still see the browser. It's the icon that's no longer on the app pages. Will try to reset the phone as soon as i can. Thanks for the advice.

    The delete icon doesn't occur on the Browser app.

    I don't know how it occurred on yours.

    You just accidentally moved it into a folder and lost track of it. It's there somewhere.

    Maybe he sideloaded the bar file before. If that's the case, then you'll have the option to delete it by holding the icon. He'll have to sideload the bar file again to get it back

    You can do a search for the browser

    Thanks for the advice everyone. I finally did a reset and the default browser was restored. Now I can check stuff online on the go. I'll be sure to keep my screen locked at all times.
