    Welcome to Crackberry.

    If you turn on Speaker Phone (where you don't have to hold it to your ear) does that work? Have you plugged in ear phones? Did you press the center button (it is the mute button and turns off sound) between the Volume Up and Down buttons?

    How old is your phone?
