my blackberryz10 stl 100 -1 currently running 10.3 os it has problem with sd card reader slot.. it wont detect any sd card I insert and even proximity sensor doesnt work its been a year I got this fone as gift it was used when I got it.. n it was running 10.2 os the problem was there since I got this fone can some help me with this have any body got same problem? n did u find any working solution.. can downgrading to 10 os n updating it back will work... help me plz.. if so brief me how to do it easily n safely.. I dnt wanna visit service center n.spend for it...

if the issues existed when you got the phone, the OS is probably not to blame. More than likely its a hardware issue.
You can try upgrading the OS to 10.3.1.
