    My phone currently cannot scroll up and down, cannot close apps after open....

    on every touch there is a voice reading on what apps i press....need to double taps/press on the number/alphabet then only successfully key in....

    anyone face this issue (recently i have just updated my OS to 10.2.1.537

    Press your power button (button on top) three times
    Looks like you activated the screen reader
    You can also disable/enable it in the phone settings
