    My BBM does not send of receive new invitations. Am stuck with whoever was linked to BlackBerry ID when I set it up. I tried wiping the device and still no use. Did anyone encounter this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

    I actually did have this problem on my Dev Alpha, but it went away somewhere between me doing a device wipe and not restoring, and loading 10.0.0.263.

    Deleting all the data (wipe) does seem the only way to do this...

    Should be the latest OS release for the Z10 (10.0.10.85) --> which translates to OS version 10.0.10.672

    I think previous poster was informing you of the OS release they installed (if i understand correctly)

    If your BBM doesn't work, either you dont have a proper data plan for using it or your phone is pin blocked.

    Even if it was still linked to a different BBID it would function. Did you buy the phone online from an unreputable source? Sounds like it could be stolen.

    Maybe I read your post wrong though

    Not at all. I am contacting all 97 contacts on my BBM. It is just that I can't add new ones. Also my phone was bought from an authorized dealer.
