[Franks2014Rogue]

I need help. I've tried everything, i.e. reading owner's manual, hard resets etc. Prior to the 2nd most recent update on my BB Z10, my 2014 Nissan Rogue would receive texts, display and read them. Since then, nothing happens. I also have a Samsung Note 3, and the car reads these texts. Can anyone help????

Go into Bluetooth, tap Configure- Message Access Profile- and check if SMS/MMS is enabled, only thing I can think of

Go on your car's site and see if there's an upgrade to your Rogue's software avail. Reason I suggest is I recently returned a Fiat loaner and picked up my son's Jeep Cherokee. Both cars are 2014 and have the same BT system (U-Connect or something). When I paired my Z10 with the Fiat, it showed messages but would not read them. But my son's Jeep -- which had just had software updates installed -- could.
