    My music player has recently started crashing while m playing music and I get the following message :
    Music player problems-img_20140326_182908.png

    Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or anyone with a solution?

    Any change in the device - did you install a new OS? Or was one automatically installed? New Android apps? Where are your music files stored - internal memory or on an sd card?

    I have been running Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1925 for months, have music stored on the phone memory and sd card. I haven't installed any android apps in weeks. The error came up about 2weeks ago

    Yeah getting that error on a daily bases now when listening to music on my Z10!


    Never installed a leak everything is legit with my OS. Rebooted my phone comes back the next day!

    Have you tried using another player besides the stock player on BB10 which I consider horrible and useless?

    Neutron player in BlackBerry world is the best player you can have on your Z10. It does 64 bit rendering and whole slew of options to make the sound of your music come to life. It will set you back $4.99 though. But totally worth it.

    As for your problem I don't have answer for it. Did you try reloading your phone via BlackBerry Link? That could solve your problem.

    have to try to side load the music bar ? try sys.airtune.bar that is the stock music player check if it solve the issue

    Not really considering what you are getting. The stock player on BB10 is awful and useless for me. I was in the same boat as you before until I just gave up on the stock player and bought Neutron player.

    I posted some screen shots in another thread of the Neutron player. People seem to having a lot of problems with the stock player for some reason. Doesn't make for an enjoyable experience.
