Anyone else have a problem with their music library on internal memory giving error "media file not supported"? Having to reboot. This has happened twice since T-Mobile software update. Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forums!!
I have never kept any of my music on my internal memory! I have it all on my card, therefore I can't help you. Any reason why you dont store it on a card? I never have a problem with it on my card.

I have this happen occasionally (even before the update), but all my music is on my media card. I only notice it after Ive been playing music for around 5-7 days. Not sure why, but for now, I just close and re-open the music app and it works fine again. Hoping it'll be fixed in the next update.

Thanks. The problem is that closing and reopening doesn't help. I have to reboot. I also have music on my memory card., but this particular album was on internal memory. I really hope they fix this.
