I bought an album today and when I try to download it I get a network error message. This happens on both Wi-Fi and on my network. Anyone know of a fix or is at least having the same trouble?

First thing to try is battery pull to restart.

Tends to resolve itself after a little while (couple of hours).

That is way too long - a couple of hours would be not too bad. 21 hours sound like something is wrong.

That is a case for support.
One to two hours is acceptable - there should not be such a wait but it is acceptable. Anything longer than that, contact support.

I've downloaded several albums, movies & apps from BlackBerry World, never had a problem. I agree with them others who say to call support. I would have called after about 10 minutes. Forget 21 hours.
